Tender Closing for Industrial Site
at Tampines Street 92 / Simei Avenue

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the industrial site at Tampines Street 92 / Simei Avenue today.

The site was launched for public tender on 13 February 2007 on a 30-year lease.

Please see Annex A for the particulars of the site and the details of the bids received.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicized at a later date.
