Tender closing for white site
at Marina View (Land Parcel B)

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the White site at Marina View (Land Parcel B) today.

Land Parcel B at Marina View was launched for public tender on 31 July 2007. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.

Please see Annex A for the particulars of the site and the details of the bids received.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
