Award of Tender for Industrial Site
at Tuas Bay Drive / Tuas South Avenue 3
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Tuas Bay Drive / Tuas South Avenue 3 to PTC Express Pte. Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
The tender was launched on 7 December 2006 and closed on 31 January 2007. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 60-year lease.
