Tender Closing for Industrial Site
at Tuas Bay Drive / Tuas South Avenue 3
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the industrial site at Tuas Bay Drive / Tuas South Avenue 3 today.
The site at Tuas Bay Drive was launched for public tender on 7 December 2006 on a 60-year lease.
Please see Annex A for the particulars of the site and the details of the bids received.
This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicized at a later date.
