Property Market Updates   What you can find: Island-wide trends of price, rentals, vacancy, supply and stock. Sectors included are Private Residential, Commercial and Industrial. Updated on every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October.      Private Residential Property Transactions with Caveats Lodged What you can find: Details of private residential properties that were transacted with caveats lodged. Find out about caveats in the FAQ. Includes caveats lodged for transactions within the last 24 months. Properties that were transacted with no caveats lodged will not be shown. Updated twice a week on every Tuesday and Friday.      Rentals for Private Residential Developments   What you can find: Statistics on rentals for non-landed private residential developments with at least 100 units and with at least 10 rental contracts per quarter. Updated every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October.      Prices of Units Sold in Private Residential Properties   What you can find: List of uncompleted and completed private residential properties and Executive Condominiums with housing developer sale licences. Number of units launched, sold and unsold for each development. Prices and number of units sold in the month (based on options given by developers to purchasers). The information on the number of units launched/sold as well as sale prices are provided based on returns submitted by developers for the month. Information will be released on every 15th of the month or the next working day if the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.    Private Residential Projects in the Pipeline   What you can find: Pipeline supply of private residential units by market segment, development status and expected year of completion. - Updated on every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October.   List of major private residential projects in the pipeline. - Includes projects under construction and planned. - Includes projects with Written Permission and with at least 15 units (for landed properties ) and 100 units (for non-landed properties). - Details include name of developer, number of units and expected year of completion. - Updated on every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October.
