Submission using EDAnet
The Electronic Development Application, or EDA allows you to submit Development Applications (DA) electronically to URA for approval. Submissions to EDA must be electronically signed with Netrust digital signature.
Submission using CORENET 
CORENET e-Submission system (eSS) is an internet-based system that allows you to submit building project related applications to regulatory authorities such as BCA, URA, LTA etc for approval. Most of the submissions to CORENET eSS must be electronically signed with Netrust digital signature.

SingPass is required to authenticate the submissions for the applications submitted through the above e-services below.
- Outline Application
An Outline Application is a broad proposal to test the land use, plot ratio, building height and building form on a development site.
You can submit an Outline Application for additions and alterations and new erection of buildings if the proposed intensity or height is beyond the approved control parameters.
- Minor Development Application
A Minor Developement Application is used when you need to apply for minor development works such as
1. Demolition
2. Earthworks
3. Additions/Alterations to existing landed house
4. Additions/Alterations to existing building
