1.	This service allows members of the public to make an appointment with a URA planner to discuss a specific change of use proposal at a particular location. Architects and Qualified Persons (QPs) should use the existing consultation services.
2.	The available time for the appointment is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Each appointment slot is 30 minutes and is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
3.	The form will take 5 minutes to complete.
