- Owner’s authorisation letter if you are not the owner
- Any other documents to support your proposed names.

For residential developments, approval from SBNB is not required if the development has less than 5 units. This is in line with the minimum number of units required for a "housing development" to be defined as such in the Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act.
For shophouse developments, approval from SBNB is not required if the development has less than 5 units. |
