1. Balestier Road (Thomson Road to Ah Hood Road)
2. Clementi Road/Pasir Panjang Road junction
3. East Coast Road (Joo Chiat Road to Still Road)
4. MacPherson Road (Woodsville Interchange to Kallang Pudding Road)
5. Upper Serangoon Road (Tampines Road to Lim Ah Pin Road)
6. * Bukit Timah Road/Sixth Avenue Junction
7. * River Valley Road (Zion Road to Kellock Road)
(* These locations are currently under review and additional restaurants in the shophouses may not be allowed. Applicants are advised to ensure that there is a valid planning permission for restaurant use before committing on the purchase or lease of the premises. )
 

Notes:

a. The location indicated above applies to the whole stretch of the road unless otherwise specified.
b. Proposed eating houses in commercial or mixed commercial/residential developments located in the above areas can be considered if the building has its own car parking provision.
c. Proposed eating houses in shophouses that are not zoned for commercial purposes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure that the character of the subject premises and surrounding is not adversely affected.
