GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE
When you make an enquiry with us via email, fax or letter, we will reply you within the next 3 working days. We will also keep you informed if we need more time to reply to your correspondence.

CALLS
We will return your call by the next working day.
 
URA SERVICES
When you submit applications to us, we will reply to you within the following timeframe. We will keep you informed if we need more time to process your case.
 
Development Applications (including conservation works)
Within 4 weeks on the basis that all submission requirements are complied with. For complex cases, we may need more time and we will inform you accordingly.
 
Legal Requisitions
  • Within 3 working days
  •  
    Temporary Occupation Permit / Certificate of Statutory Completion for Conservation Buildings
  • Within 3 weeks
  •  
    Application to Controller of Housing
  • Applications for housing developer's licence within 5 working days.
  • Electronic applications to vary terms in prescribed forms within 7 working days.
  • Non-electronic applications to vary terms in prescribed forms within 12 working days.
  •  
    Car Parking
  • Electronic application for season parking and other related car park services within 3 working days

  • Appeals on parking offences within 10 working days.
