Located along East Coast Road, the area was given conservation status on 29 November 2004. It contains three pre-war buildings - The Classroom Block, the Chapel and the Brothers' Quarters at St Patrick's School. Built in the 1930s, these buildings in a mixture of Art-Deco and Mission Styles, they have become a prominent landmark in the East Coast area.
