Located along Neil Road, the area was given conservation status on 18
September 1992 under the voluntary conservation scheme. It contains a
three-storey building of the Neoclassical Style. Built circa 1924, it was
once the Eng Aun Tong factory for the manufacturing of the internationally
renowned chinese herbal oilment, the Tiger Balm.
