FULLERTON BUILDING CONSERVATION AREA

Located in the Downtown Core, the Fullerton Building sits on the historic promontory between the Singapore River and Marina Bay and at the edge of Raffles Place, the dynamic hub of Singapore's financial community. Designed by Keys & Dowdeswell and built in 1927-28, this seven-storey building of the Neo-Classical Style was given conservation status on 20 September 1996.

WATERBOAT HOUSE CONSERVATION AREA

Located along Fullerton Road, the area was given conservation status on 21 March 2002. It contains the Waterboat House, an Art Deco building designed by Swan & Maclaren and built in 1919. The 3-storey building incorporates a basement that is visible from the seaward side. It has a prominent curved facade with semi-circular tower-like structure facing Fullerton Road.
