URA Site Requirements

URA Website is tested for and supports the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 6 & above for Windows XP & Windows Vista Link opens new window

FireFox 2 & above for Windows XP Link opens new window

The recommended viewing resolution of URA website is 1024x768 XGA.

URA website and e-services require the following browser settings and
plug-ins in order to function correctly. Most of the browser settings
listed below are default settings.

Browser settings (See below for instructions on IE & FireFox browsers)

-	Allow ActiveX Controls (IE only)
-	Allow pop-up to URA website and e-Services
-	Enable cookies
-	Enable Java and JavaScript
-	Enable Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

Install additional third-party plug-ins

-	Flash Plug-in Required for viewing of some of our flash websites.
-	Acrobat Reader Required for viewing of PDF documents.
-	Autodesk Mapguide viewers Required for viewing of the Master Plan 2003.
