Internet explorer (7.0) browser

1.	Select Tools from the pull-down menu in your browser.
2.	Select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog will appear.
3.	Select the Privacy tab. Under Settings, click Advanced.
4.	Check Override automatic cookie handling under Cookies section in Advanced Privacy Settings window.
5.	Under First-party Cookies, select Accept. Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept. Check Always allow session cookies.
6.	Click OK.
7.	Click OK to exit.

Internet explorer (6.0) browser

1.	Select Tools from the pull-down menu in your browser.
2.	Select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog will appear. Select the Privacy tab.
3.	Click on the Advanced button. The Advanced Privacy Settings dialog will appear. Ensure that First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies have Accept selected.

FireFox 2 browser

1.	Select Tools from the pull-down menu in your browser. Select Options.
2.	The Options dialog will appear. Select the Privacy tab. Make sure that the Accept cookies from sites under Cookies is ticked (the default setting).
3.	Click OK to exit
