Place Management

Place management is a process through which stakeholders in a particular area work together to make it more attractive for its users. This process is undertaken by a mix of public, private and community-based entities, and could involve implementing a range of different programmes and initiatives. URA has been actively carrying out place management in the city centre, with a focus on the Singapore River and Marina Bay precincts. Working together with our stakeholders in the people and private sectors, we aim to develop these precincts into destinations which Singaporeans and visitors can enjoy.
