Enquiry on Approved Use of Premises - Step 1 of 3

1. This e-service allows you to find out the specific use that has been granted approval for the premises. A search fee of $53.50 (incl. GST) is payable for a single unit/premises in a building.
2. We will get back to you in 7 working days if the information that you have requested is not available online. If your premises is located in a shopping centre, office or residential complex, flatted factory/warehouse, please let us have a floor plan showing the exact location of your unit in relation to other units on the same floor.
3. Please note this e-service does not advise you on whether a new use [if it is different from the approved use] can be allowed. If you would like to find out whether a use is allowable or could be considered for approval, please use our Change of Use E-Advisor (which is a free service). Alternatively, you can email us at ura_dcd@ura.gov.sg or call our Customer Service hotline on your enquiry.
This process takes about 5 minutes to complete.
